The Villa

This private luxury villa is located in the coastal area of Puerto Santiago, Los Gigantes, and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Spread over two levels, it features five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a private heated swimming pool.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and all its facilities. The property also offers ample free street parking, a gated driveway and a private covered garage.
Guests will also have access to a sports complex located just behind the villa, where they can rent bicycles, tennis rackets, and paddle equipment, as well as book tennis and paddle courts. Additionally, there is a bike rental point nearby for easy exploration of the area.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €800 is required for this property.

The deposit will be returned after check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage or loss of property.

The villa is located in a peaceful residential area of Puerto Santiago, with the coast, promenade, restaurants and local amenities around a 10-minute walk away. We recommend having a car during your stay, especially if you would like to explore more of Tenerife. While Puerto Santiago offers a quieter and more relaxed holiday atmosphere, a car makes it easy to discover the island’s many attractions and enjoy day trips to popular areas such as Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas and Costa Adeje. It also gives you the freedom to explore Tenerife’s beautiful coastline and traditional villages at your own pace. 

Puerto Santiago is a peaceful coastal town on Tenerife’s west coast, known for its dramatic volcanic scenery and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Playa de la Arena, with its distinctive black volcanic sand, is just a short walk from the villa, while the seafront promenade offers a selection of restaurants, cafés, bars and local shops. The famous cliffs of Los Gigantes are nearby, and the area is ideal for enjoying water activities, boat trips, snorkelling and coastal walks. A sports complex is located just behind the villa, with tennis and padel courts, as well as bicycle rental. Larger supermarkets including Lidl and Mercadona are approximately 1.5 km away.
