Costa Adeje is one of the island’s most popular destinations, with kilometres of seafront promenades that cover a large part of the south coast of Tenerife, from Puerto Colón, Playa Fañabe, Torviscas, San Eugenio and Playa del Duque.
It has one of the best entertainment offerings with excellent restaurants and bars, a marina at Puerto Colón where you can go whale watching, jet-skiing, wind surfing, or rent a private charter or a yacht, leisure areas for children, tourist information booths, bike rentals and all kinds of shops and malls. Famous Golf Costa Adeje resort is located just 7 km away.
Siam Park located just above the highway is the largest water park in all of Spain. For beach lovers there is Playa Puerto Colón by the marina, which is the resort's smallest beach, and Playa Fañabe and Playa Torviscas merging into one extensive beach lined with a promenade.
The nightlife in Costa Adeje centres on the bars and restaurants in the San Eugenio area with English, Scottish and Irish sports and some karaoke-type bars. Tenerife south Aiport is 17 km away.
Getting around in the barrier on foot is easy, with quick access to the promenade that connects resorts of Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Costa Adeje and Bahia del Duque, as well as to various malls and supermarkets. You will not need a car, unless you plan to explore the island. Parking in San Eugenio can get challenging sometimes, mostly due to the proximity of the resort to the ocean and busy touristic areas. There is a paid covered car park right across the road from accommodation.
